Where this started
Most of the job software a tradie can buy in Australia was built somewhere else and shipped here with the GST switched on and not much else. We thought the people who actually do the work deserved better than a hand-me-down.
So we started Leadhand to build the thing properly, for the operators who run this country: the two-van plumber, the sparky with four apprentices, the HVAC outfit running fifteen jobs a day. Real native apps on both phones. Automations for reminders and routine follow-up. Pricing that does not go up just because you add staff.
We are early, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What that means for you is a direct line to the people building it, and a product that moves in the direction your business needs, not whatever a boardroom in another country decided this quarter.

A real Android app, not a Lite version
A lot of the big job apps, ServiceM8 among them, are iOS-first, so on Android the crew gets a cut-down version. Leadhand is a proper native app on Android and iOS, with the same job in front of every tech, whatever phone they carry.
Less routine admin
Job statuses update as the work happens, quote kits cut down repeat typing, and the office can see what is ready to schedule or invoice.

We review your current system with you, confirm what can move and help bring the supported data across. You know the scope before you switch.
Priced on jobs, not heads
Unlimited team members on every paid plan, charged on the jobs you run, not the people you hire. Optional add-ons are priced upfront, with no hidden fees.

Leadhand is run by LEADHAND PTY LTD, an Australian company based in Queensland. Australian dollars, GST-correct quotes and invoices out of the box, SWMS and pre-start templates written for Australian sites, and support from people in the same time zone as you. When you email us, a person who knows the product reads it.
