A lot of software tells you it has an import tool, then hands you a spreadsheet template and wishes you luck. That is not what this is. Give us access or an export from your current system and we will review it, map the supported data and show you any gaps.
We will not pretend every switch takes the same amount of time, because a one-van operator and a fifteen-job-a-day outfit are different jobs. What we will tell you is that we do the work, we aim to get you up and running quickly, and we keep you posted on where it is at. No vague queue, no guessing.

Tell us what you are on now, whether that is ServiceM8, a spreadsheet or a shoebox of invoices. You give us access or send us an export. That is the only bit we need from you.

We inspect the export, map the supported data into Leadhand and tell you about any gaps before you rely on it.

You check it looks right
Before you switch over for good, you have a proper look and tell us anything that needs tidying. You only move across once you are happy it is all there.
Run both during the switch
Nothing forces you to flick the switch overnight. Keep your old system going for the jobs already in it, start new jobs in Leadhand, and cut over fully once you are comfortable. Nothing stops while you change across.
Your data is always yours
Once it is in Leadhand, your business owns its data. You are not locked in. You can export your clients, jobs, quotes and invoices whenever you want, so the door is never bolted behind you.

Will I lose my history?
We review your export first and confirm exactly which customers, sites, pricebook items, jobs and notes can come across. Once data is in Leadhand, your business owns it and can export it whenever you want.
What happens to my open jobs?
Nothing has to stop. You can finish the jobs already running in your old system there, and start new jobs in Leadhand, then cut over fully once the old ones are wrapped up. We will help you plan the changeover so a job in progress does not fall through the cracks.
Can I keep using ServiceM8 while I switch?
Yes. You can finish jobs already in your old system and start new work in Leadhand while you check the move. Turn the old system off only when you are comfortable.
What does the migration cost?
