Here is where things actually stand. Xero invoice and payment sync is live. QuickBooks Online is built and in final verification as we come out of early access. MYOB is planned after that. You can export your invoices and data any time, so nothing is trapped, and card payments run through Stripe.

  • Xero

    Available

    Xero invoice and payment sync is live. Connect Xero and your sent invoices and recorded payments flow through to your accounts without double entry. If Xero is how you run your books, you are covered from day one.

  • QuickBooks

    On the way

    QuickBooks Online sync is built and going through final verification as we come out of early access. If QBO is the one you use, tell us and we will get you connected and confirm it end to end with you.

  • MYOB

    Planned

    MYOB is planned after QuickBooks. It is not connected yet, so we will not pretend it is. In the meantime you can export your invoices and data to bring across, and you can tell us if MYOB is the one you need so we know it matters to you.

  • Stripe

    Available

    Card payments on your invoices run through Stripe, so customers can pay you by card and the money lands in your account. This is the payments side rather than an accounting sync.

  • Export your data

    Available

    Until the direct accounting connections land, you can export your invoices and data, so nothing is trapped. Your business owns its data in Leadhand, and you can take it out whenever you want.

Nothing is trapped in the meantime

We would rather be straight with you than dress up a roadmap as a live feature. The direct accounting connections are being built, Xero first, and until they land you are not stuck. You can export your invoices and data and bring them into your accounting package the way you do now.

  • Does Leadhand sync with Xero right now?

    Yes. Xero invoice and payment sync is live — connect Xero and your sent invoices and recorded payments flow through to your accounts without double entry. No double keying.

  • What about MYOB and QuickBooks?

    QuickBooks Online sync is built and in final verification as we come out of early access — tell us if you use it and we will get you connected and confirm it end to end. MYOB is planned after that; it is not connected yet and we will not pretend it is. You can export your invoices and data in the meantime.

  • How do card payments work?

    Card payments on your invoices run through Stripe. That is the payments side of things, separate from an accounting sync. It means your customers can pay you by card and the money comes through to you.

  • Can I get my data out if I need it elsewhere?

    Yes. You can export your invoices and data, so nothing is locked in while the direct connections are being built. Your business owns its data in Leadhand, full stop.
